Workshops on EMS Best Practices
Every implementation has its own set of unique challenges, but there are several 'Best Practice' techniques which can be applied to all ProMaster instances. Typically, these centre on aligning all accounting systems to work smoothly with each other - to create a truly end-to-end process. Inevitably this will require interaction with departments and personnel who do not use ProMaster in the day-to-day sense, so these workshops also aim to assist in keeping this interaction as simple as possible.
Onsite or Remote Installation
Implementing a ProMaster instance always involves many choices, and this is one of the first to be made. As has always been the case, onsite installation is available, however, more and more clients are choosing to utilise technology to allow remote installation. This has the additional benefit of providing a framework for remote support access if required.
Creation of Routine Import & Export Procedures
ProMaster has the potential to interface with a number of existing financial systems. For these interfaces to work seamlessly, Inlogik will provide specification and tailor them to eliminate the need for manual data entry.
Automation of System Updates & Processes
The key to any software system is to automate processes wherever possible. Our implementation team will work with the system administrators and the software's scheduling technology to create a system that keeps working long after the day is over.
